Prices up and consumer's complaint

Essential consumer items going up in price during the festive season is the usual trend however this season the price hike seems extraordinary.

 

*Rice prices have increased by 10 to 30 percent.
*kilo of red chilies has reached a record high of Rs 1,000.
 *The price of Moong Dhal, between Rs 240 and Rs 250,
*Turmeric, Rs 6,500 a kilo

These prices have affected house wife’s, vadey sellers, and many more. Most of them bitterly complain that the government has miserably failed in managing the cost of living.
