Strict legal action will be taken against false reports about themselves - P.B. Jayasundera

Secretary to the President Dr. PB Jayasundera today vehemently denied allegations that he had opened a personal account with a state bank to import fertilizer from India.

 

He says that opening an account in a state bank is an issue between the bank and the account holder and it is the responsibility of the bank to follow the proper procedures.

 

Mr. Jayasundera said that strict legal action has already been taken against the false propaganda targeting him.
