Env. Minister visits to Korea to participate in Asia Pacific Env. Meeting

Environment Minister Mahinda Amaraweera and the Secretary to the Ministry left for South Korea yesterday at the invitation of the Republic of South Korea.

The Fourth Meeting of the Ministries of Environment and Environment of the United Nations Environment Program will be held on October 6 and 7 in Suwon, South Korea.

On October 5, the Minister and Secretary will participate in a discussion on international cooperation in controlling and developing global carbon emissions in the Republic of Korea, as well as several foreign aid projects in the Republic of Korea.
