Protect your skin naturally

It is a well known fact that skin is an important part of the human body. We have come up with some natural treatments that can be done by both men and women and can be done at home to suit any skin type. Usually the skin is divided into three parts. Namely dry skin, oily skin and normal skin. Let's take a look at each type of skin care. And home remedies

 

- Dry Skin

 

Normally if our skin is getting white when scratching, you have dry skin with scaly features. This is because the skin loses moisture by not drinking enough water or fluids.

 

What is the correct remedies for this?

  •  Eat cucumbers and avocados whenever possible.
  •  Make papaya and watermelon juice and have it.
  •  Grind barley, add the egg whites, mix well and apply on the face. The dryness will disappear.

 

- Oily Skin

 

Oily skin is easier to spot when you have excessive acne on your face. Pigmentation can also occur. To avoid this problem you need to take care of your skin as much as possible.

 

  •  Add a few drops of lime to a little gram flour, mix a little fresh milk and mix well apply on face.
  •  You can mix tomato juice and egg white well and apply on the face and wash off after keeping for 1/2 hour.
  •  Mix green gram flour with egg white and leave it for a while and then wash it.

 

 - Normal skin

 

Normal skin is velvety, with no acne. But it is unwise to ignore it. It is important to keep your skin clean and healthy. It can prevent damages and problems that occur to your skin.

 

  •  Mix gram flour and a little honey and mix. Apply on face.
  •  Mix egg white with aloe vera and apply on face.
  •  Boil 2 mashed potatoes well, add egg whites and mix well. Apply on face. Apply one of the above and leave on for about 20 minutes, then wash face. All of these treatments should be performed two or three times a week. It nourishes your skin and helps to get rid of problems.
