The Ministry of Health warns that new covid varieties could enter Sri Lanka

Director-General of Health Services Dr. Asela Gunwardane said with the country opening up for tourists and Ports resuming operations, there is a risk of new variants entering the country.

He further said the public must follow the health guidelines in order to defeat this pandemic.
