Benefits of Vitamin E and Tips to Our Skin and Hair

Today we discuss about how Vitamin E can improve human health and beauty. Vitamin E, a powerful oxidant, acts as an immune booster. It also protects human health by regulating blood circulation, controlling blood sugar and providing protection against certain cancers. In addition to these health benefits, Vitamin E can have many benefits for human skin and hair. This is why Vitamin E is one of the main ingredients in many beauty products on the market. But there is a high market price for such products. Of course we do not have to pay such a high price to buy those products. So today we will show you how to do your beauty care at home with using Vitamin E oil or capsules which can be obtained from a pharmacy at a really affordable price.

 

To erase scars

 

Apply Vitamin E on the scar areas and massage for about 5 minutes. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Do this 2 times a day until you get the right results.

 

To minimize wrinkles

 

Before going to bed at night, apply Vitamin E on the wrinkled area. Rinse with warm water the next morning.

 

 

To get rid of blemishes

 

Before going to bed at night, mix 02 teaspoons of Vitamin E with 1 teaspoon of Eder oil and apply on the affected areas. Wash off the next morning.

 

To Remove Stretch Marks

 

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add about 4 capsules of vitamin E oil and mix well. Apply on stretch marks and massage for 5-10 minutes. Leave on for about 30 minutes, then rinse.

 

To soften rough and dry hands

 

Take a juice of a Lemon add a cup of lukewarm water, mix in a little bees honey and 2 capsules of vitamin E oil. Then put your hands on it and soak for 10-15 minutes.

 

To heal cracked lips

 

Apply the vitamin E capsule oil daily on chapped lips. It moisturizes the lips and removes dryness and heals cracked lips.

 

 

To heal broken hair follicles

 

Mix equal amounts of Vitamin E, Olive Oil and Coconut Oil. Then apply it on the scalp and leave it for 02-03 hours and then wash it off with a mild shampoo.

 

To get rid of discoloration of nails and for nail strength and growth

 

Wash your hands using luke warm water. Apply a Vitamin E capsule on your Hands as well as fingers. Massage well till the vitamin E oil is dried. Do this everyday. Use Vitamin E and feel the difference. But do not over use it as side effects may occur.
