Masala Peanuts

Everyone loves to eat peanuts. But eating peanuts fried or raw doesn't always be tasty to you. So here we bring an extraordinary recipe. This is how the masala peanuts are made with a slight change rather than just eating normal peanuts..

 

What we need,

 

  •   1cup of raw peanuts
  •   1/2 cup of pea flour
  •   1/4 cup of rice flour
  •   3/4 teaspoon of salt
  •   2 teaspoons of chilli powder
  •   A little bit of turmeric powder (a little less than 1/4 teaspoon)
  •   A little bit of garam masala powder (a little less than 1/4 teaspoon)
  •   4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  •  1/2 teaspoon of lime or lemon juice
  •   Oil to fry

 

 

How to Prepare,

 

Firstly you must add all the ingredients except the lime or lemon juice to the peanuts in to a deep bowl. Then mix well. Now add some lime or lemon juice to it. Mix again. Then add water little by little while mixing to the peanut flour until it thickens as a paste. Add oil into a pan and start to heat. once it is hot add little bit of batter into it. Then deep fry in oil. Drain excess oil by keeping them on a paper serviatte. Masala Peanuts are ready. Have a tasty bite. You can keep them upto two weeks in an air tight container.
