Cheese & Polos Sausages

Cheese & Polos Sausages

We mentioned in a previous article that some processed foods like sausages can lead to the development of cancer. But little kids love this kinds of food. There is nothing that you can do so you are compelled to buy it and make them for your child. But as parents, we remind you to think not only about your own comfort but also about the health of your child and yourself. Today we bring you a tasty sausage recipe that can be prepared with a local ingredient that is very high in meat-free nutritional value. Kids will not dislike it because it is made with cheese. Here's how to make cheese & polos sausage.

What we need,

  •  A fairly large polos
  •  A little chick pea flour
  •  A little bit of turmeric powder
  •  A little chili powder (you can also use a little paprika powder)
  •  A little curry leaves
  •  A little bit of green chillies
  •  An egg
  •  A little cheese
  •  A little bit of bread crumbs
  •  Salt to taste

How to make,

Boil the polos in whole in a pan. It can also be cooked on a wood stove or in a rice cooker. Once it is well boiled, let it dry. Next, peel the polos and cut it into pieces and put it in a blender to blend. When blended like a pulp, Now put the blended polos in a bowl and add all five of thems. Add the curry leaves, egg, biscuit powder, pea flour and the rest of the ingredients and mix well by hand.

Thoroughly mix the ingredients with the polos. Add some cheese and mix well again. Finally cut a sheet of foil or cling wrap paper which is available in the supermarkets and wrap it around like a toffee. Twist tightly on both sides. Put all the sausages in the freezer for about 20 minutes. When taken for use, remove the cling wrap and cook the sausages. Or add it to your favourite dishes.
