President declares electricity and fuel as essential services

An extraordinary gazette notification (2363/02) has been issued by the President declaring electricity supply, distribution of petroleum products and fuel as essential services.   

 

According to the gazette notification, all services connected to the supply of electricity, the supply or distribution of petroleum products and fuel, are deemed to be essential services.
