Sri Lankan Rupee depreciates against US dollar again

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka reported that the Sri Lanka rupee depreciated on March 16 where the selling rate of the US Dollar has reached Rs. 200.

 

The bank also stated that the buying rate of the US Dollar was Rs. 195.28 as per the currency exchange rate for the day.

 

Consequently, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka announced the selling rate of the US Dollar as Rs. 201.28.

 

Nonethless, the selling rate of the US Dollar for export purposes was at Rs. 202.14.
