Qingdao Seawin says they are unaware of an agreement to reclaim Chinese manure and ship fresh manure

Qingdao Seawin Biotech Group Co. Ltd.'s Chinese Fertilizer Ship Hippo Spirit is still sailing off the coast of Sri Lanka due to inclement weather.

 

 
The Minister of Agriculture Mahindananda Aluthgamage has stated that Qingdao Seawin has agreed to take back the disputed fertilizer and ship it fresh, but he is not aware of any such agreement.

 

But Qingdao Seawin says he is unaware of such an agreement.
