President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa appoints 21 new judges to superior courts

21 new Judges to the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal  took oaths before President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, today (November 1).

 

Accordingly, 6 new Judges to the Supreme Court and 14 new Judges to the Court of Appeal were sworn in  before President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat.

Justice Arjuna Obeysekara was sworn in as the President of the Court of Appeal.
