No persons will be allowed to leave the Western Province - Army Commander

 Army Commander Shavendra Silva stated that no persons will be allowed to leave the Western Province with immediate effect.

 

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa had instructed the authorities  to  strictly monitor borders  of the isolated areas and prevent the public from leaving the Western Province in a meeting held earlier today (November 11).
