Inter-provincial travel restriction will remain in effect till further notice

Senior Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Ajith Rohana, a police spokesman, stated that the inter-provincial travel restriction will remain in effect till further notice.
He stated that crossing provincial borders for needed services is permitted.

Crossing borders will also be permitted for medical reasons and to attend the burial of a close relative, according to a police spokesman.
