Indian monsoon will begin over Kerala

According to the India's Meteological Department , the monsoon has begun over the state of Kerala.The monsoon which was expected to start from June 1st is bit late this time.

Anyhow, the IMD says that Southwest monsoon rainfall as whole is normal over the country.
