"Digital Platform" launched to obtain ideas on new education policy

The "Digital Paltform" was officially launched by President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa  at Temple Trees on March 26.

 

It was introuduced in order to solicit the public views in relation to the proposed education reforms. 

 

The theme of the ‘Digital Platform’ is ‘Towards a Perfect Education that Enriches Wisdom and Mind’.

 

The President stated that it is a great opportunity for the general  public express their ideas and creative suggestions to create a  “Sustainable Education Policy Framework”.

 

The general public can submit their ideas and suggestions in relation to new educational reforms  to the platform during the next three month period. 

 

The reforms also aim at improving the opportunities for higher education and the job related skills.
