Committee to study possibility of granting 5 years leave to govt employees to work in private sector

The Ministry of Public Administration says that a committee has been appointed to look into the possibility of granting five years leave to public servants to work in the private sector.
Secretary to the Ministry MMPK A seven-member committee has been appointed to look into the matter and submit its report to the Cabinet within two weeks, Mayadunne said.
It was decided at the Cabinet meeting held on June 13 to grant unpaid leave to public officers in the country or abroad under special provisions outside the provisions of the Establishments Code.
