Channa Jayasumana says the country will return to normal by the second week of November

Minister of State Channa Jayasumana said that the country could return to normalcy by the second week of November as vaccination programs are being implemented.

He further said that in order to return to normalcy, the spread of covid virus in the society should be slowed down and Kovid deaths should be reduced.

He told the people to act responsibly in the next few weeks if the country is to recover by the second week of November.
