Bribery case against Minister Johnston Fernando dismissed

Colombo High Court dismissed a case filed by Bribery Commission against Minister Johnston Fernando, on October 2 (today).

The said case was was filed against Minister Johnston Fernando over using 153 Sathosa workers for political activities from 2010 to 2014, that had consequently caused a loss of Rs. 40 million to the state.
