AstraZeneca : Is it all political?

Sweden and Latvia have joined a list of 13 European Union countries that have suspended the rollout of the AstraZeneca vaccine. However many countries including Sri Lanka and India have been undeterred by the European reluctance which some say is more a political stunt.

 

AstraZeneca vaccine is considered cost effective and regulators say that its benefits still outweigh the risks. Many question if this contrivances are a drama staged by the big boys of the pharmaceutical trade.

 

The World Health Organization has urged nations to continue their vaccination campaigns with the AstraZeneca and University of Oxford vaccine.
