931 filling stations adopted fuel pass system so far - Minister

As of 3.30 pm yesterday, 931 petrol stations across the island have adopted the QR code system for National Fuel Permits, according to Mr. Kanchana Wijesekera, Minister of Power and Energy.

The legislator further stated through his official Twitter account that 531 of these filling stations have actively used the fuel permit system yesterday.

According to Minister Wijesekera, at least 4.6 million vehicles have been registered under the fuel license system.
