2,000 allowance is a temporary relief - Ajith Nivard Cabraal

At a press conference yesterday, State Minister of Finance Ajith Nivard Cabraal said that the provision of Rs. 2,000 to those who have lost their daily income is only a temporary relief.

He further said that it is more important to give those who have lost their daily income than the allowance of Rs. 2,000 that they should be given the opportunity to make a living.
