13 new High Court Judges appointed

Letters of appointment to 13 new High Court Judges were handed over by President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (03).

The President told the judges that he hoped to protect the independence of the judiciary, ensure the rule of law in the country and prevent delays in court proceedings.
