Warnings from Apple to its employees: “Unionization would be a risk”

Apple has launched a campaign against the unionization of its employees in the United States and recently they held a meeting to address the staff and discuss the risks of unionization.

 

For the first time, a union was created in an American Apple Store last year, but Cupertino (the headquarters of Apple) is not happy about this initiative and it continues showing its disagreement well.

 

The company has already announced that unionized employees will not benefit from certain new advantages for their training and for their medical care, which they will have to negotiate with management. Only two stores in Towson and Oklahoma City have unionized so far showing the burst of pressure Apple has caused but some sites have finally decided to backtrack considering this possibility.
