The "Clubhouse" is no longer exclusive to invitees

"Clubhouse" is expanding. The app is no longer invite-only, according to co-founders Paul Davison and Rohan Seth. According to a spokeswoman, approximately 10 million users are now on the queue, and they will be gradually added to the app over time. Essentially, millions of users will not be added today, but you should be able to join up again if you try again.

According to a blog post announcing the changes, “the invite system has been a significant element of our early history.” “We've been able to develop Clubhouse in a steady way, keeping things from breaking as we scaled, by adding individuals in waves, greeting new faces each week in our Wednesday Orientations, and talking with the community each Sunday in Town Hall.”

"Clubhouse" is an iOS and Android social networking software that allows users to engage in voice chat rooms with thousands of people. Live talks are held on the audio-only app, and users can engage by speaking and listening.
