A youthful look that does not age

Wouldn't it be nice if you could always look younger without getting old? What would you do if you had the opportunity to do something about it? Yes, we know you will definitely try anything to get young. Although there are many different types of pills and vaccines that can be used to protect your youth, the results can be very dangerous at some point. In Sri Lanka, we have more local foods and drinks that can do the trick, than these drugs or injections. Today we bring you some of the healthiest drinks that can help you look and feel younger then you really are.

 

Iramusu drink

 

 

This is a type of vine that can be cut into small pieces, washed and dried. Drink it like boiled tea infusion. It is better to take with jaggery without sugar. For those who like to drink cold, you can mix a little sugar and keep it in the refrigerator and then drink it chilled. It is a great remedy for lactating mothers, diabetic patients as well as for hair growth, lightness and appearance of the body, and for urinary tract infections and inflammation.

 

Beli drink Smash and extract the juice

 

Add a little bit of sugar, salt and lime and drink on an empty stomach in the morning. As well as facilitating digestion, it has the property of prolonging life and cooling the body.

 

 Nelli drink

 

 

Pas Go rasa or Nelli is a beneficial divine medicine consisting of 5 different flavors. We also call the medicinal Nelli. Blend the washed and cleaned Nelli well. Drink with sugar and water if desired. This drink can also be frozen before drinking. This drink is very useful for skin diseases, gastritis and toxins in the body as well as for controlling premature aging and improving eyesight.

 

 Flavored Rasakinda drink

 

These vines can help prevent gout, skin diseases, hemorrhoids, body temperature as well as heart ailments. Medicinally, it can be dried, boiled and drunk as an infusion. It is better to take jaggery and not sugar.

 

 Siyambala drink

 

Siyambala juice is very easy to make which helps in digestion, blood pressure, heart disease and appetite. Add a little water to the mashed siyambala, add sugar, salt, cinnamon and cardamom powder and prepare the drink. For those who need vitamin C, adding a few drops of lime to this siyambala juice and drinking it is also very beneficial.
