SL needs to follow scientific methods rather than going after mythical beliefs to combat COVID-19 - Dr. Anil Jasinghe

The secretary to the Ministry of Environment, Dr. Anil Jasinghe stated that Sri Lanka needs to follow scientific methods instead of going after mythical beliefs to eradicate the COVID-19 pandemic. 

 

“Various new findings are taking place all over the world to curb the COVID-19 pandemic. Though, some people in our country pin their faith in scientific methods, a certain group seems to be going after mythical beliefs, despite the presence of several scientific methods,” he added.
