How to Make, Take a medium saucepan of lightly salted water keep it on fire to boil.Add in the potatoes and peas.Cook good until the potatoes are very tender but still a bit firm, after about 15 minutes take out from the fire. Drain, and mash the potatoes and peas together and set it aside. In a large saucepan kept over the fire for a medium high heat, add the oil and when it is heating add the brown cumin seeds and the bay leafs.Mix in the onions and ground beef.Cook until beef is evenly brown and onions are very soft, for about 5 minutes. Mix in the garlic, fresh ginger. Season with black pepper, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, cinnamon and cardamom. Add in the mashed potato mixture and mix well.
