So here is the recipe. Try this out at home as this samosa tastes really awesome.. You can use the below ingredients to make for 18 servings.

What you need, 2 large potatoes, peeled 1 cup frozen peas, thawed 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds 1 bay leaf, crushed 2 large onions, finely chopped 1 kg ground beef 4 cloves of garlic, mashed 1 tablespoon of crushed fresh ginger 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 1 teaspoon of ground cumin 1 teaspoon of ground coriander 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric 1 teaspoon of chili powder 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro (if possible) 2 tablespoons of chopped green chile peppers 1 quart of oil for deep frying 1 package of phyllo dough sheets (or make the dough using wheat flour, a bit of oil, a bit of water and some salt to taste. Then mix all ingredients well till it becomes a non sticky dough keep it aside till you make the filling.) How to Make, Take a medium saucepan of lightly salted water keep it on fire to boil.Add in the potatoes and peas.Cook good until the potatoes are very tender but still a bit firm, after about 15 minutes take out from the fire. Drain, and mash the potatoes and peas together and set it aside. In a large saucepan kept over the fire for a medium high heat, add the oil and when it is heating add the brown cumin seeds and the bay leafs.Mix in the onions and ground beef.Cook until beef is evenly brown and onions are very soft, for about 5 minutes. Mix in the garlic, fresh ginger. Season with black pepper, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, cinnamon and cardamom. Add in the mashed potato mixture and mix well. Remove this from heat and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until cool. Heat oil in another large, heavy saucepan over high heat.Mix cilantro and green chillie, peppers into the potato and beef mixture. Now the filling for the samosas are ready. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto each phyllo sheet. ( Or from the dough you made take small balls and make it thin using a rolling pin.) Then add the spoon of mixture into the middle. Fold sheets into triangle shape, pressing edges tight together with moistened fingers. In small quantities, deep fry until golden brown, for about 3 minutes.Drain on paper towels and serve warm with a sauce of your choice.
