Eighty percent private bus drivers on drugs

Making a shocking revelation The State Minister of Vehicle Regulation and Bus Transport Services Dilum Amunugama said that Some eighty percent of private bus drivers that operate in Colombo and its suburbs take narcotics as a regular habit.
